OVERVIEW
At FOBOL (operated by Makerweb OÜ), our products are made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. We partner with a global network of print partners and fulfillment centers. This approach allows us to offer a wide variety of curated products while reducing overproduction and waste.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Before your order is shipped, it must be printed and assembled.

Standard Production Time: 2 to 7 business days.

During peak holiday seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there are significant delays.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, the destination, and the specific fulfillment center processing your order.
Once production is complete, estimated transit times are generally as follows:

Domestic/Regional (within the same region as the print facility): 2 to 5 business days

International (outside the print facility's region): 10 to 30 business days
Note: These delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
3. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
To bring you the highest quality items, we source our products from various specialized printing facilities. If your order contains multiple different items, they may be fulfilled by different facilities.

You may receive your order in separate packages on different days.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order (or a portion of your order) has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving the email.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by your local government once the package reaches your country.

All customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund for the shipping costs.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic proof of the damage. We will work with our print providers to arrange a free replacement or a refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for several days, or if it is past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but cannot be found. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to our fulfillment centers due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
